We work on projects of varying complexity, both as part of the client's team and as an independent partner responsible for the control layer and commissioning activities.
The scope includes:
Precommissioning – preparation and verification of controller software, safety systems, motion control, and communication prior to physical system startup.
Commissioning – on-site system commissioning, integration of software with real hardware, parameterization, and bringing the installation to stable operation in line with project requirements.
Testing – functional, integration, and performance testing, including failure scenarios and non-nominal operating conditions.
Project lifecycle support – involvement in analysis, development, testing, and commissioning phases, concluded with the handover of a complete deployment package including code, configurations, parameters, and instructions.
We work with controllers and platforms from multiple vendors. Technology selection is driven by project requirements, existing infrastructure, and client standards.
